They call me Jocelyn Blouin. Although my parents are from Quebec City, I am born, almost by accident in the city of Ottawa in July 1959. My family returned to Quebec while I'm at an age where memories are short-lived. Since I did a BA in Anthropology and I became a refrigeration mechanic. Autodidact hard, I have been painting ever.
